Rescue 27 is a 1999 FL-70 Freightliner/Pierce rescue pumper. It features a 5 man cab, a 1,250 GPM Waterous pump, and a 1,000 gallon Poly T-tank. A 330HP L10 Cummins motor powers Rescue 27, which also utilizes an Allison "push button" transmission. Rescue 27 was purchased from 4-Way Auto Sales in 2003 for a price of $103,000. Rescue 27 had previously been wrecked and was bought by 4-Way Auto, which fully repaired it.
